Housing Assistance and Stabilization

Safe, stable housing is a cornerstone of progress. We assist individuals and families in finding secure housing options, navigating referrals, and accessing transitional support services. Whether someone is leaving a shelter, recovering from addiction, or starting over after hardship, our housing assistance provides a dependable foundation. Renewed Minds Initiative ensures that no one has to face housing insecurity alone, offering guidance and connection to help every individual take that first step toward lasting independence.

Addiction Recovery and Life Skills Training

Recovery is a journey, and we’re here for every step. Our 16 week Medication-Assisted Treatment Program that includes Congnative Behavior Therapy and Peer Support is a unique Program with Proven Results. We also provide referrals to other treatment programs, ongoing mentorship, and practical life-skills training to foster long-term wellness. From emotional regulation to financial literacy, our workshops and one-on-one support help participants rebuild their lives with confidence and resilience. We believe in second chances, and our team is dedicated to walking with each person on their path to recovery, growth, and transformation.
